Slip recipe (white) UPDATED

As promised here is an update on a previous post about the white slip I have mixed.

I havent used this before and looking forward to see the results.

The “Anthony Phillips” recipe is as follows:

Potash Feldspar-35

Ball Clay (HYPLAS)-35

China Clay (Grolleg)-15

Flint-20

The amounts are in percentages and add up to 100%

I added up to 100grams for this first test.

I will post the the bisque firing in due course.

Infact I might just make up another 100grams as I’m making more test tiles and will upload the photographs.

UPDATE:

I have the photos below on the recent white slip as you can see it hasnt been strained.

The flecks are the Flint in the slip.
